Various measures and projects are used in pursung the IfP's goals.
These can be grouped into the fields of science and research and
general medical education. To further its goals in science and
research, the IfP implements the following measures:
Producing and distributing anatomical specimens exclusively to
institutes engaged in anatomy, pathology, and forensic medicine at
universities throughout the world; Producing and turning
over anatomical specimens for practice operations such as procedures on
the temporal bone for ENT specialists in training; Producing and turning over anatomical specimens for the purpose of training students; Producing and turning over anatomical specimens to established natural science museums; Producing our own specimens for anatomical atlases as well as a computerized anatomical project (CD-ROM).
